In our profession, failure is very common and all of us yearn for instant gratification and glory. Perhaps this was a first such attempt to address the mental health issues faced by people of our fraternity and more such attempts are very much required to address these. In a very informal way, we discussed a lot of issues that we as CA students face day after day and we realised that all of us had very similar issues. The meet up was really insightful, the meditation had a very calming influence and the techniques discussed were very unique and could be simply applied in our daily routine. It was a great experience and hopefully this will be the start for bigger and better things to come! Thanks to the whole team of Caclubindia. :)

Thanks to the entire team of caclubindia for organising this event on Mental health. The prime focus of the event was to calm ourselves in the face of adversity so that we could bounce back after faliure. The good part of the event was that everyone participated which is hard to see among CA students. Overall it was a great experience and absolutely looking forward to attending more such events. Three cheers for Nikita Jain, Praveen, Vaishali and Prerna.
