I wanted to understand that if do Ca firms look out for sleeping partners for their firms.
I'm a Ca and I'm looking out for such opportunity.How to go about it as when I search online I am unable to find anything clearly

Visit nearest SIRC and you may find vacancies in CA firm for qualified CAs and attend interviews or call them.

Just check out the nearest big CA's firms and personally visit them.

Ethically there is no concept of sleeping partner in CA firms but it is practically prevalent.
They are inducted to improve the profile of the firm. If you are having certificate qualifications like DISA or FAFD it increases your value.
You won't find requirements for sleeping partner openly. You will have to approach CA firms for that physically and rely on your connections.

For applying government bids , number of partners is relevant and few may take you as a partner.
