I DONT THINK DEMAND IS MORE THAN SUPPLY FOR CAS,
THERE ARE MANY JOBLESS CAS FROM THE PREVIOUS ATTEMPT.
AND THIS ATTEMPT PASS PERCENTAGE AGAIN INCREASED INSTEAD OF REDUCING..
I THINK THE ESTIMATE OF VEERAPPAMOILY OR MCA IS WRONG.......

Yeh result CA ki value market ko kam hi karenge kyonki Jo passout sab toh campus ke through placement toh honge nahin aur market 8-10k main job karenge jo iss profession ki value market main ghatayenge.Isse toh better yeh hoga ki instiute final ki jagah PCC/Ipcc ka result increse kare.

The ICAI cannot do anything in controlling the result... After RTI it is out of question that ICAI reduces marks of students or curtails the result.... Those who do well Pass and those who don't fail. It is a very simple logic.

CA freshers need job now; and not in 2025.....and Cos wont be counting on what Govt expects in 2025; to give jobs.

I believe ICAI cannot do anything in controlling the result.. Hard & smart work coupled with a tinge of luck pays good result... If you look at rank holders many of them were rank holders from their CPT days, which implies hard work never fails.. at the same time I do many other factors including quality of key to questions given for valuation, examiner etc plays a key role.. we should think that today's CA students are putting more n more smart work compared to earlier n feel happy for the same...
Those who do well Pass and those who don't fail. It is a very simple logic.. there is nothing like CA getting unemployed but there may be underemployment...
Just thik for a while if the result was around 2-3%, here we would have discussed like ICAI is playing with our life etc etc...

I KNOW MANY OF MY FRIENDS WHO WERE STRUGGLING TO CLEAR FEW YEARS BACK CLEARED WITH LESS EFFORT THIS TIME...
DOES THERE INTELLIGENT GREW UP SUDDENLY, DO THEY BECOME SMART QUICKLY..

Dear friends,
I request your kind attention to the table of CA final results of exams held in May,2012 released by the CA institute. The said table is divided in three parts,viz.,
1. candidate appeared in both groups and passed in both groups = 5075/30976
2. candidates appeared in first group and passed in first group= 12912/51002
3. candidates appeared in second group and passed in second group= 16325/55108
In my view, the said table does not give meaningful picture.
Let me explain:
The row of group I results in the table also include in it the students who took both groups and passed in both groups, who took both groups but passed in first group and who took only first group and passed in that group.
The same analogy applies to the row depicting second group results.
It means that the same student is counted twice if he has taken both groups and passed in both or any one group(once in the first row and then in the second or third row also as the case may be).
According to the President message in May, 12 total 83327 students have applied to sit in May,12 final exam. It seems that some students may not have sit in the exams and if we derive the numbers from the table released by institute, total 75134 students actually took final exam for both or only first or only second group.
I request the institute to present the data in following format so a clear picture is available to students:
1.Students appeared in both groups and passed in both groups
2. Students appeared in both groups and passed in first group
3. Students appeared in both groups and passed in second group
4.Students appeared only in first group and passed in that group
5.Students appeared only in second group and passed in that group.
I request readers also to correct me in case i have gone wrong .

So if ICAI is thinking of comparing CA's with MBA's & Engineers and talking about "Let the best one get the job", then its good that good result % is coming out.
So does this mean that now student wont be scared of Finals and will opt Articleship from good firms & Industrial training to get the best exposure out of training period.
Let the better CA win !!!
