according to section 80c deduction is available only when payment made to any university,school,school or other educational institution.no deductions available for private instituions,coaching courses for admission in proffessional courses or any other type of courses are not covered as that fee is not paid for full time education.
so, in the above question deduction is not available

Ashish Sir...Are u sure?? Is CA Course considered as Full-time Course??
And is the fees paid to ICAI tuition fees??
I am still confused..
