Ca practice - query urgent

Dear all

I have one query that CA who is already a Partner in a CA firm can practice in his own name (Proprietorship).Please provide some reference.

Your valuable advise is awaited.

Yes he can .... But no of audits he can take will be counted together in prop firm as well as partnership firm

I have studied in my ca final audit ca can be a partner in ca firm, also ca can practice in his own name. But number of audit counted together

Yes he can do the practice in his own name.
