IS THERE ANY DISCRIMINATION REGARDING ANSWER PAPER VALUATION BETWEEN 1ST ATTEMPT STUDENTS AND STUDENT OF 5TH/6TH ATTEMPT?ALL WILL BE VALUATED EQUALLY?WILL ICAI GRANT THEM RANK?

Hii Sandeep, the icai has designed the process in such a way that the copy checker doesn't have any information related to you other than your roll no. so no question arises of discrimination. All papers are valued equally no doubt about that.
