I have the twelfth edition (June 2014) of Law Handbook for IPCC by CA Munish Bhandari which is meant for Nov 2014 attempt. I am taking May'15 exams so do I need an updated editon? As far as ICAI study materials are concerned July 2014 edition is the relevant book.
You need to buy the new material since there is drastic change in Cos Law. Also Institute has already came up with there latest material. You can download those or buy hard copy.

and yes dont go for module ... go for new book plus rtp plus practice manual...if you wil study these well... surely u can get exemption marks...All the best
