Ca membership certificate

I have cleared CA in Nov 2012.I got my Membership number in Apr 2013. Convocation ceremony held on 09th Jan 2014.

I have not attended the convocation function held.If I want to get my CA Membership certificate.Should I go to CA Reginal Office and Get or they will send by post and how much time it will take.
