Ca ipccmay 2015 online application doubt

I wrongly create an account with wrong registeration number. but again i created with correct registeration number and send the application form . but now i get a call from the student that i wrongly crated account she said that she cannot apply for exam what is the remedy  for it . i say to contact better icai exam helpline number
