Ca ipcc exam related

hi all, i have one query regarding ca ipcc exam related. i filled up exan form for may 2015 examination. but unfortunately i could not send the printout till now. if will send it tomorrow it will take 4 to 5 days to reach. but last date of receipt of form is 3rd of march 2015 without late fee which i filled up and laat date of receipt of form with late fee is 9th march 2015. so i just wants to know what are the causes if my exan forn will reach after 3rd march? pls help
