What is the last date for applying for CA IPC exams under old course for November 2018 attempt?

And how to apply for the same as I am a new student.

You won’t have the option of registering under the old course. Now, fresh registrations will take place only under the new course w.e.f. 01.07.2017.

But I am already registered. I am not asking for registration, I am only asking for last date for applying for examination in nov 2018

NOV 2020 IS THE LAST ATTEMP FOR ALL IPC & FINALIST CA STUDENT

Oh! Sorry, overlook the word 'exam'.

For November exams, generally form filling starts in the 1st week of August and continues till the month end. Exact dates will be notified around 1st week of July. You will need to register yourself at https://icaiexam.icai.org for making the application. The process is self explanatory and you won't have much of an issue.
