CA Inter to IPCC Conversion

Hi ealier also I had posted my query but doesnot get reply, please suggest m for the below mentioned query

I am from CA Intermediate course join in 1999 completed articleship in 2002, afterwords course coverted by into PE II in which I had cleared my Gruop I in May 2006(agreegate 150), hence now I have to re register for IPCC as per conversion schedule of ICAI

So My Query is

1. Is this correct that for IPCC Conversion I have to Pay a DD of Rs.3500 (1500 for registration & 2000 for ITT registration)  and separate DD of Rs.4000 for ITT Fees

3. while filling of IPCC Form which Registration number to be fillied is it my CA Intermediate Registration no or new unique PE II registration no

4. What about Identity card

5. Is am i eligible for next Nov 2010 Exam and is am i get exemption of Group 1 of PE II  in IPCC Exam and how much is the fees to be paid is it Rs.1000 for both the grups
