One of my friends has dropped CA after failing many times in IPCC but he then switched over to LLB and now he is a qualified Advocate.Lakhs of advocates are getting produced every year with very few CAs getting qualified each attempt. Is This a joke that they think advocates superior to CAs considering the above very true facts

KEJRI, Understand one thing very clearly.
Advocate can attend all matters of TAX but CA Cannot attend a Court. Which only an Advocate can do. I hope you understood the Meaning of this

As you would know currently many CAs are assisting lawyers and many lawyers are assisting CAs. Its not that CAs can do everything a lawyer can do and vice versa. Everyone should work in their own domain and also we all know it is not that tough getting an LLB degree, me and many of my colleagues are either pursuing LLB or have done it after our CAs. So your statement "think after this ICAi atleast should stop their Self Proclaimation of giving the Best of the Education & course covering Over all studies of all subjects of Commerce & Accounting & Taxation." can be sufficiently negated by people pursuing both the courses simultaneously as I can represent my client after passing 2015 bar exams even upto Supreme Court

Decision for National Tax tribunal will in Default become applicable for Any Tribunal. Even ITAT which is also a status of Tribunal. & if this is not taken up strongly ( Which Be Sure ICAI will not.As there is no Foreign Tour Involved Nor any Money to earn Nor any Gloring Fame issue Involved for any RCM / CCM ) then Advocates are all geared up to even debar CAs & all other people from attending even the Normal Hearings at Officer levels. Writ Petition to this was taken up at Madras HC & Also same is Pending to go in Supreme Court by the BAr Council of Indias Representation

Dear PSPSPS...
With due respect WHY U BEING SO SARCASTIC TO ICAI & ITS MEMBERs?
Y u comparing two different fields...? Its not a matter of assistance... Evry1 should be ready to learn new things from Stagers..
Yes CAs can learn many things from Advocates and Advocates from CAs..
I think the final decision is yet to come... Please wait
and please dont be so sarcastic
Let every1 enjoy thr own field...
& remember one thing.. there are so many core areas which advoactes dont know much about..
plz dnt take my wrds otherwise
