Is it enough to just througly go through the ICAI study material for exams?

yes ,but other important topic will be more beneficial by your guider just like senior, coaching teacher etc....

I m thinking about self study. So is there any particular CA material you would like to suggest it to me?

SM + CPT SCANNER IS ALSO VERY USEFUL TO GET GOOD MARKS
