Yes, of course, you can pursue CA course through CA foundation route. But you have to dedicate to your studies. If you are thinking that CA is an easy exam then you are wrong, you have to study hard for clearing this. Part-time study is not working for clearing CA course. Ther is no upper age limit in CA course, you can register anytime at any age.
First, you should check some old books of CA students to take some idea about studies and then decide that you have to pursue CA or not.
If you really want to clear CA then you have to study dedicatedly. You can make your study plan according to your weak topics and strong topics. You should add the revision to your timetable.

CA foundation course is always available for everyone who passed 12th board examinations. There are no other eligibility criteria for CA foundation course. According to you, you scored below 50% in your Master's degree so you have to do hard work for clearing the CA foundation examinations.
CA foundation is not easy to clear so think about it that you seriously want to do it. First, you should check the syllabus of CA foundation and take some idea about the syllabus and topics which are included in this syllabus.
