If a CA Firm dissolve (partnership firm) dissolve can a article can took a transfer.
Pls provide any reference regarding this.

You are registered under a CA/ partner not the firm, if the CA resigns and joins another firm/ starts own/ the firm dissolves, you have to go with him. If his shifting is more than 50kms from the present location, it is a ground for termination.
