do I need to take NOC from old CA if I m changing to New CA firm for Audit

what if my existing refuse to give NOC. Will I m able to get my accouterments audited with new CA firm without NOC from old CA

NOC is mandatory..You can send communication through CA..
New CA has to get NOC from previous CA
