Is winding up question Q.5a out of syllabus?? Its nowhere mentioned in the general provisions in study material...Please comment

I agree dat as per RTP May 14 only para 9.4 of study material i.e. general procedure for winding up is applicable.
But, ICAI has asked idat question from Section 434 read with section 433, check practice manual, same question is dere

Practise manual contains past year questions..It maybe included in the manual because previously it formed part of the syllabus..but when notified by them that this chapter is not included, i dont think it is justified to be given in the exams..
