Yeah there are going to be changes in law from what that is applicable for nov 14. MCA has notified 184 more sections in addition to the 98 ( These 98- applicable for nov 14 itself) notified before . So these sections will be applicable. In a nutshell, Companies Act,2013 will replace 1956 for all the chapters except for few like Winding up, Oppression & Mismanagement etc.,
Auditing is going to be pretty much the same. All the changes as per Companies Act, 2013 has already been made applicable for Nov 14 exam. All you can except to change is the CARO if it is notified shortly(not possibly going to happen).
