I want to know how much change will be there in FR paper of CA final ? Which topics I can start from Nov 16 syllabus ? Please help. Can I start studying Accounting standards ?

You study all other topics than AS and Ind AS. As amendments are expected. So if u don't want to waste time for double reading, u can learn other topics till then. Even if u can study other subjects.
