Its ok ashok..I dint want people to start studying from there considering it to be the book for May 2013.It would have wasted everybody's study time!

Hi Meera,

Could you list the Law topics of final CA in the order they should be done?

Unable to figure out where to begin from. Kindly list them in the order of their

weightage.

Appreciate your efforts in helping the students!

Hei Kirti,

Start with the first part and then Allied Laws and if you are using Munish Bhandari,

the book has a table at the beginning showing the weightage of the chapters, attempt wise.

Go according to that table!

ATTACH CASE LAWS FOR DT AND IDT IS NOT RELAVANT FOR MAY 2013.  THESE ARE RELAVANT FOR NAV 2012.

Hi Kirti,

I would like to suggest that you start with small topics like Dividend, Inter Corporate Loans (Sec 372A),Government company, Foreign Company, etc which carry more marks and can be wrapped up in a short period of time.

If possible - Do Board Meetings and Directors one after another.

For Allied Laws, specially for humongous chapters like SEBI, FEMA - Refer Latest Practise Manual.

For Interpretation of statutes - Module is the best source !

P.S. - CA CS Meera Doshi - I hope you won't mind my inputs in this thread ! If you mind it, please let me know.

Thanks

<<Vishal>>

Hi I usually take short breaks for like 10 minutes after every 45 minutes. But I don't understand what to do during these short breaks Could you please give me some ideas? Coz I end up wasting hours when I sit before the TV or start browsing in these breaks. I'm talking in the context of my studies. Please help me out...
