Ca final registration letter not recieved

Sir/Madam

 

I have submitted all the documents required for CA final registration on 22/09/2012 along with DD  of Rs. 8500/-, but i have not received registration letter yet. Our regional office people wont lift the call at all and I called several times to Chennai ICAI office also, it went either unanswered or someone has deliberately put me on hold and later disconnected. I sent several mails to bosnoida @ icai.org, grievancedesk @ icai.org,sircgrievance @ icai.org,sroart <sroart @ icai.in>, all went unanswered

 

I have to appear in May 2013 Exams for which i need registration letter, i am very much tensed about the same.

 

Kindly advise how to deal with this?? I have posted query in e-Sahayataa also twice but not received any cofirmation mail yet from same too.

 

Expecting a much helpful advise in this regard so that problem can be solved immediately
