AND SECOND THE BOOKS CAN BE PULLED OVER FROM ICAI BHAWAN OFFLINE ??

yeah you need to submit the ca final registration form that need to be downloaded after registration is done
you have to order books online from ICAI CDS

IF I WANT TO VISIT ICAI AND CARRY BOOKS FROM THERE SO IT IS POSSIBLE
