I am registered in central region but currently doing articleship in Bangalore. I want to get registered for finals but I do not know where to send final registration form. Can I submit my form in ICAI Bangalore or I need to send it to ICAI Kanpur where I was registered for IPCC.

Send it to Kanpur coz u were registered there..
Yes, u can submit it in ICAI Bangalore. I was also registered with Western Region but I submitted my Articleship and Final registration form in Bangalore
