I have completed both groups of IPCC in Nov-2012, I wish to know whether any obligation to register CA-Final simultaneously with registration of articleship or not.....?

Dear Friend,
I Dont Know About Earlier But NOw it is compulsory to have registration of final with articles
after passing of both groups of IPCC. even i have Received the letter for the same stating it compulsion to have the same..........
