I cleared my CA-Inter in may 2000 and was registered for CA Final in Aug. 2000. In final Exam - last I appeared in Nov. 2002 - after this I could not appeared in Final Exams.

you are already registered. you do not have to do anything. Just fill the exam form all the best.
