CA Final Old to New

HI FRIENDS, YOU HAVE TO CONVERT FROM OLD SYLLABUS TO NEW SYLLABUS BY PAYING  A DD OF1100 TOWARDS STUDY MATERIAL . YOU NEED TO FILL IN APPROPRIATE FORM... THERE IS NO CHANCE OF INCREASING ATTEMPTS FOR OLD COURSE FINAL..... ..

Hey Praveen, Is this announced by institute or some of your friends got registered themselves in a same manner?

BUT THERE MAY BE THAT ICAI MAY BE KIND FOR ITS OLD STUDENTS AND ALLOW THEM TO CONTINUE WITH OLD SYLLABUS BECAUSE AT THIS POINT OF TIME IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO PREPARE ACCORDING TO NEW SYLLABUS FOR A CA FINAL OLD STUDENT WHO HAVE BOTH THE GROUPS PENDING. SO IT ALL DEPENDS ON ICAI.

There is very pale chances of attempts getting augmented, so we cant bank upon this. But surely we should wait for appropriate announcement on website.

ICAI already announced last attempt is the final in old syllabus..so we can't expect for further in chances in old syllabus...

hi guys i tried search for the announcement abt scrapn da old final CA course bt  couldnt find it.....do u guys know whether it is there in the ICAI site or has been removed....bcz if it has been removed thn i think v should wait for further announcement from the institute....

we should wait for proper anouncement from institute, because representative at branch offices is not sure about this and not giving answer confidently.

There is no such announcement made by ICAI recently. Though they have announced earlier that Nov 2010 wud be last attempt but trend shows attempts normally get augment after the results r out.

hey hemant i m refering to that announcement only which was dated on 26th july 2010....bt nw there is no such announcement on the specified date

My suggestion is don't wait for any announcements. ICAI is not going to change its decision. Register in old course and be prepare for write the exam in new course.

1.CONVESION FROM FINAL OLD TO NEW IS COMPULSORY OR WE WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE TRANSFERED TO NEW SYLLABUS AND WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE OF TRANSFER.

2.IS DD OF 1100/- IS MANDATORY TO DEPOSITED  WITH INST. FOR THE NEW COURSE MODULE
