CA Final Old Syl reverification result 2 Hrs before exam

This student has been decleared passed in CA Final Group 1st just before 2 Hrs of Accounting paper on 3rd May 2010 ==> Good news but at bad time???? What is your opinion??? Can't institute declear the result on time so that such students pay attention on their remaining group only??? The below mark sheet is of original result. Revised Mark sheet is yet to be received. He has devoted a lot of time in studying group 1.

shame on institute...he shall be repaid by ..not counting his leave as leave....for articleship...and he must get his exam fees refund.......itna to kam se kam institute ko karna hi chaiye...

are yaar 2nd group nahin nikala hain warna institue pe case kar dena chaiye......abhi case karoge to 2 nd group main bhi natak karenge.

Guys, arent we overreacting. What if, to save his skin, institute would not have declared th revised result at all. Is there any way that this student would have found out what has happened. I think Institute is doing a great job. We are a part of this prestigious institute and should respect the same.

Institute should declare results at least 20-25 days earlier than they are at present declaring so that students can get their study started or start their professional work whatever the results be whther pass or fail.

I know that this thought is need to be supported by the all ca cllubindia friends.

This is also applicable for PCC, IPCC students as well.

Many times it happens that the Institute do such things :

1. Apparent mistakes in the paper,

2. Late declaration of results,

3. Changes declared immediately before examinations,

4. Change in question paper pattern,

5. Tough marking,

6. Questions asked out of syllabus

7. One subject's question asked in another subject

8. Bonus marking when question paper is too tough

9. General deductions when result is too good.

10. (hidden - still to be revealed).

The purpose behind the above is to test not only the student's knowledge but patience also. (many may not be agree with this view - but really it is so).

1. When apparent mistakes are there in the question paper then the Institute want to check what are the reaction of the student ? How he cope up with the situation ? Because in practical life when he will undertake audits; he will find so many mistakes of clients. At that time he should be in a position to rectify the mistakes.

2. Regarding point no. 2 supra, patience is automatically checked when results are declared late. Students behave in such a manner as if they have not WAITED FOR ANYTHING IN THEIR LIFE SO FAR.

3. Changes when declared with immediate effect are towards checking of flexibility skills of the students. In practical life; it will happen frequently.

4. Change in question paper pattern is desired because the students who just read the subjects without analytical skills will find it difficult to solve.

5. Tough marking. In practical life also; the fees are paid by the clients after tough reminders.

6. When questions are asked out of syllabus; then surely students must be in a position to update their knowledge from recently published journals. These types of questions are asked only when these are practically very important.

7. When one question pertaining to another subject is asked then the Institute want to check the knowledge of student rather than to check his memory.

8. Regarding Bonus Marking no clarification is required. (liked by all).

9. General Deduction - i.e. discounts in marks (to avoid future discounting of the profession).

10.(still in search of finding solution..)

For the student; whatever happened is :
