I have registered for CA FINAL ON 28-04-2014. I am going to appear in MAY 2019. Shall i apply for revalidation before filing exam form. I haven't received any communication from ICAI in this regard

your final registration is in force at the time of filing exam form.your registration is lapse on 27.04.2019. so re validate ur reg no with icai.
