Facebook site opens in a click everytime in spite of so much traffic each time in that website....icai is so sub standard that a few lakh clicks make it down

Frankly speaking whether you are an insider or outsider doesnt matter at all. But can u assure us the valuation is FAIR and TRANSPARENT? What is the guarantee???
