Hi. Clarifying; In Law, CA Final Nov 16 exam, Provisions relating to Producer Companies, Compromise, arrangements & Amalgamations, Prevention of Oppression & Mismanagement & Winding up are as per Companies Act 1956 itself, right?

yes there is no change in respective chapters hence provision of companies act 1956 will apply as such
