Have u taken class or self study?. U r yet to start then going with both grps in 3 mnths is difficult. If u r started ur stdys nw then go wid 1 grp and clear it.

If u have alrdy finishd ur 1 reading then u can go wid both grps.

And regarding new syllabus, as compare to may'14 exam..1.LAW: totaly 65 new sections as per new comp act are applicable. To some extent it effcts audit also..ex: books of a/cs , appointment of auditors etc. For these visit icai.org/students/bos knwldg portal/ca final. Here u get two law supplementary material. Download dis. And in 2nd grp there is changes in ISCA and in IDT : VAT portion removed and introduced Foreign trade policy.
