WHERE AN A.G.M IS HELD WHEREAT THE NEW AUDITORS ARE APPOINTED, BUT THE A.G.M IS ADJOURNED TO A LATER DATE, THE NEW AUDITORS CANNOT ASSUME OFFICE UNTIL THE CONCLUSION OF THE ADJOURNED A.G.M THE PRESENT AUDITORS WOULD CONTINUE TO BE THE AUDITORS TILL THE CONCLUSION OF THE ADJOURNED A.G.M, SINCE THE AUDITOR HOLD OFFICE FROM THE CONCLUSION OF ONE A.G.M TO THE CONCLUSION OF NEXT A.G.M.
NOTE: I THINK NOW YOURS QUERY NOV 2012 C.A FINAL QUESTION 3(ii) is resolved.
