it will matter becasue some of the companies specially in campus placement is prefer the student who cleared in one shot..
yes I am satisfy with view of Mr. Rawat but u should try to clear it in second attemt in any how.........then not so much serious matter.........
Clearing the final exam of CA is itself an achievement, but it is better to clear final examination in least possible attempts.
