CA final not clear in 1st attempt

Varies from co. to co.  Some prefer 1st attempters, some not...

In maximum cases, the pay for those who have completed in first attempt will be comparitively higher than those who have taken more than one attempt.

As of now you should put up your full effort towards your exam preapation rather than thinking about what you will get as a salary after qualifying .

on the other hand as far as your salary and organisation is considered in some organisation /firm they have policy to shortlised only those condidate who have cleared CA Final up to maximum of 3 attempts and it may be possible that you will get less salary as comapred to those who have cleared their exams  up to 3 Attempts.

But if you have  conceptual clarity of subject matter and appropriate knowledge and interest in finance dicipline intially you may get less salary as compared to those but after some time you can bit those condidates who have cleared their exams up to 3 attempt.
