Ca final new syllabus for nov 2016

i want to know whether the new syllabus change for CA final is applicable for all or is it just applicable for students who registered under the new scheme for NOV 2016 and later? i am getting messages from teachers for amendment classes even for SFM...hence i wanna be sure if i should attend them at all
