what would be the changes or ammendments for the new syllabus in ca final.... areas of changes....

There is change in syllabus and subjects will be covered in depth. IFRS have been included in Accounts. MAFA has become Strategic Financial Management. MICS has been transited to Information Systems Audit. Direct Tax and Indirect Tax have become laws.
