I just came to know that ICAI has released its new CA-Final study material in March 2012. But regarding this no such announcement is there in the official website. Just want to confirm whether new study materials have been released or not. And if released, then shall I have to pay for the new set of book? Earlier I registered with BOS & got the material printed in January 2011.
Please confirm.
EVEN I REGISTERED FOR CA FINAL CUM ARTICLESHIP ON 13-03-2012 AND RECD THE STUDY MATERIAL WHICH ARE PRINTED AND REVISED IN THE MONTH OF JAN 2012. SO I WANT TO ASK WHETHER THERE WILL BE ANY FURTHER CHANGE IN THE SYALLBUS TILL MY ATTEMPT WHICH IS DUE IN NOV 2014?? WHETHER THERE WILL BE ANY MAJOR CHANGES AND WAT TO DO IN CASE OF THOSE CHANGES??

First of all, all the best! Obviously there will be changes in our study materials such as Corporate law, auditing (with standards changes) as our profession dynamically changes with new amendments etc., So what is advisable is have a good collection of supplementary materials and sugg, practice manual etc during these periods get updated with them... So when you are ready for Nov 2014, you will be in a position to write a material.. I mean it... No worries. Go ahead.
