I suggest You all to give one group as you all have to concentrate in four papers only which will be best with respect to time left with u all ......

In my opinion, 1st two attempts doesn't matters if u clear both groups in these two attempts. Number of attempts matters only from 3rd one & only in case when u want to go for employment n not interested in practice. That also be relevant just for ur 1st job. After that knowledge, skill & experience counts & not number of attempts..
According to me.......... ! Dont leave ur attempt..... !! u can clear both in November itself....
Start collecting some tips for preparation & implement it right from 1st day when u get those tips...
My some tips are here :-

U have to make target of 60marks in atleast 1 subject.. (MAFA & Law is the best for it)
MAFA - Very very easy to score 60+ coz 50marks questions always comes from COMPILER.. so solve all da ques of compiler atleast 3 times.. u can refer Bala for capital budgeting & future, option...
CLSP - u read wid Munish bhandari's main book + hand book. I think 1st read handbook den only go wid main book.. most scoring subject..
A/c - Compiler 1st.. complete it thoroughly 2-3times, including AS questions... then AS & Guidance notes... coz most of us never use to read guidance notes, n the questions comes in exams.. also try to read ny book for AS for practical ques e.g. VK Sir's book, M.P. VijayKumar etc.. 1 AS daily..
Audit - its pure theory n approx 50 marks is good in scale.. just start studying 1 AAS i.e. SA per day.. n revision of 7 SA on weekly basis.. Go wid Kamal Garg's book..
