I am CA FINAL student under the OLD SYLLABUS, Can I register for new syllabus NOW & Can I appear in MAY 2018.

Whetehr u hv appared any attempt in old course or not?? Otherwise if u convert in new syllabus then u hv to go for mcs and itt also before exams
