All CA Final students appearing in May 2014 attempt, having my old book are advised to do at least following chapters from my latest February 2014 edition book to be released on 16th February in the market:
1. Bank Audit (major changes in investment norms, NPA, NPI, Securitisation of assists, Sale of NPA, Debt waiver schemes etc.)
2. Audit of GIC.
3. NBFC
4. Peer review (Major changes as per revised statement on Peer review).
5. Clause 49.
6. Audit of members of Stock exchange ( Few updations in other chapters too).

Dear friends
There are lot of amendment and circular issued by institute which are applicable to forthcoming Ca final examination.
Kindly post any new update from your site for better planning of examination.
ICAI has issued revised edition of PM for CA final including new sum. ( revised edition dated January 2014 )
Pls friends go through it .
