As simple as that,

Go for any 'one' group if you are less than 100% sure.

Your situation demands more info. about the status of your studies in other subjects.

Anyways,

A.Without concrete knowledge in Law and A/c do not expect to pass

> If your A/c paper goes bad, you will not have much confidence in other three papers of the group.

B.Without good practise level in Direct taxes and AMA+Qt plus conceptual understanding in ISCA,

any attempt to pass second group will prove futile.

If you need further help keep asking questions...

Remember, "the problem is not a real problem when we understand the problem, the problem is real when we cannot anticipate it".

Confidence may not be the only thing you need to pass CA exam but confidence is a minmum pre-requiste.

When Electricity is supplied to a motor it runs...when motor runs it makes electricity...understand this and you might find a solution to this problem...we have all been there so don't make a lot of fuss about it.

So what is the likely solution , which group should i aim for ?

or should i just quit  give exams in november?

Honestly , as I said before it depends upon your status in other subjects...but your confused question makes me believe and its logical too, that you go for first group because I have always come to the conclusion that even the worst CA Final student can be good in accounts within a short period with proper method of study(without him knowing  thatcheeky).

Study and practise accounts and SFM daily and use PM for Auditing and Law, + confidence and I am sure you will clear the exams.

Try to achieve study period of 24 hours(Eat sleep and play CA books), which is very hard to do since even I myself have not been able to achieve it on a consistent basis...but this is what my father asked me to target and I believe in it.

Forget about the result, just make targets to achieve the syllabus and strive hard to achieve them.

If you fail(which is an unacceptable result), you will know what mistakes you need to cover.

If you pass, well nothing tops that.

Its all about setting your own goals and achieving them.Remember(as I learnt through experience) that you would have to throw yourself in the burner someday, you might as well do it today.
