what????out of syllabus???seems that u either hv a very old book or u not studied at all....and we shall thank president ICAI for a standard paper...
Vivek i think Mrinal is right maybe.... because only topics from 9.4 were to be read as per the notification by the institue, covering topics like fraudulent preference, floatin charge, misfeasance and all.... then hw come they asked abt contributory n winding up????
ofcourse the questions were quite elementary bt still hw cud they ask wen they ve mentioned jz to cover topics under 9.4 of the SM????
Actly it ws clearly said that para 9.4 general provisions would only be applicable...

studied something the LAW of SYLLABUS....
I think institute should give full marks in those questions who have attempted it
totally out of syllabus questions.
ICAI plays foul with the students.

ya winding up is out of course except provisions mentioned in para 9.4, this is written on the last page of the RTP may 2011..........hope institute will read his own RTP atleast once before checking the anwer sheets.........
