Hello my CA Final attempt is due in May 2014

i also hear that New Companies Act is going to be passed some time

i plan on going to jayaraman s classes in july 2013.

-can i start studying now for company law , will the bill be passed before that time, are there many changes?

or should i instead study other subjects now; will that be preferable.....?

--similiarily what do u think about impact of GST , Direct Taxes Code , IFRS ?
will they be implemented and become part of CA final exam by 2014......?
which of the above will be most likely to be passed and will they be a lot different from current laws?

i always have the option of starting to study auditing isca sfm or costing which has not much sope for change........please advise
