Keeping in view the study of CA Final, I would suggest you to buy both books. However you may also do one thing if you do not want to purchase both books. Simply buy main book of Munish Bhandari and prepare short notes for revision purpose. This will help you to understand the concepts in a better way and later on these short notes will be very useful for quick revision.
All the best

I did the same. Purchased main book and wrote running notes. Follow Ankur Garg bhai.
