Will the Institute be releasing new editions of CA FInal Law and Audit Study Mat and PM for Nov 2017 exams? Or we have to do May 2017 edition along with RTP?

Yes, Institute will not be releasing any more editions of Study materials/Practise manuals as per the past trends. However, do note that the RTPs will contain all the amendments applicable for November 2017 attempt along with the Supplementary study material.
