I M gonna appear for Nov 18 1st grp and I want to know whether Company Law 2017 is applicable or old syllabus will be applicable. Though Parliament has cleared d bill for Company Act 2017.

Yes it is applicable as it is notified before 6m Siddharth Agarwal sir has already Taught it for nov18 exams

A bill become act when assent of President is received. So it'll be applicable for CA exams Nov 2018, if such assent received on or before 30.04.2018.
