The corporate and allied laws paper can propel you to score well in the examination if you can put in hard work to understand the subject with conceptual clarity. The examiner expects you to possess good understanding of the subject and present it in the examination with élan.
Try focusing on the interesting topics from the material and this will aid you in developing the art of reading and writing your papers par excellence, to obtain exemplary marks. You must renounce the habit of writing the paper with a layman’s approach. The paper must be filled with quality ingredients of words as per usage in the law and must carry overall finesse. This approach may impress the examiner in awarding you good marks. The problem with some of the students is they think they are experts in this paper and whatever written the examiner will award marks. Students must articulate their understanding of the subject in standard form so as to score good marks.
I suggest you to study from Munish Bhandari’s book. Best of luck.
