Understand the meaning Nd present it in your ownway...being in final level paper, quoting correct section is quit useful to fetch xtra mark.

Mostly all definitions starts with Section 2 of every act , so you don't need to remember them.
You can quote section 2 of such act describes about this and then can define the term in your own words .
But never use According to section 2 , coz then you need to write exact definition otherwise marks will be deducted. Even if your simple words describing the same definition.

Well this is new info for me!! The phrase 'according to' just makes a reference to something. It isnt something like quotation marks. When u qoute something with inverted commas, u obviously have to write it exactly as it is. But to be honest I dont think the same rule applies to a phrase like 'according to'. So could u please specify on what basis u are saying this..Is it based on ur or ur friends' experience on going thru the certified copies? Or has somebody connected with ICAI told u anything about this? Or is this just ur personal view?
