Friend, for law in ca final, best and popular book only and only is of munish bhandari, first u should buy it and start reading, bcoz law is a vast sub in ca final. You first start with director, then board meetings. And icai now a days more asks accounts chapter and from audit. From allied laws, do all chapters except sebi, bcoz, it is vast, since contains sebi gaidelines, and also almost asked at the equaly marks as other chapters. So, all the best...
